It’s late, I’m tired but had to throw in my 2 cents…sorry I’m not more eloquent.

The Hotness is back! After a 18 hour flight he’s finally got his boots on Arizona soil once again, and I’m one happy cat! There’s so much for us to do and so many people to go see over the next two weeks so he’ll probably need a vacation after all this is done *chuckle*
Next weekend we’re hosting a huge party here at Casa de la Buggie for all of our friends and family and in between work and trying to enjoy his being home we have to seriously start planning. The menu is still up in the air and I don’t think we’ll have the time to theme it out like I’d wanted to but he’s here and that’s all that matters!
It’s been rough without him here, being without my other half has left me uninspired and rather glum. I’ve neglected so much online and offline that it’s almost a daunting task of trying to rekindle all the projects that I’ve let putter out. I’m hoping that after he leaves again I can find a way to pull myself up by the bootstraps and get back into the swing of things with a better attitude and more energy. I think knowing that we’re in the last half of this journey will help considerably.

While he’s home I’ve mapped out some plans to do a new set of promo shots for The Bug Hour, hopefully we can produce something nice and new…make sure to check back and see what we come up with
The Hotness will be returning for his two week R&R (rest and relaxation) on Wednesday of this week! It’ll be the first time since he was back for the funeral in June that I’ll be able to actually touch him/hug him/be in the same country as him/etc. I’m very excited but find myself all wigged out at making sure the house is perfect for his return.
I spent all of today in the backyard which has been sorely neglected since he left. I figure why keep it in shape if the HOA can’t see it? After a day of weedwacking and being all sweaty, windblown and gross I decided to come inside and have a little fun with YouTube. I <3 the fact that I can make stupid movies of myself and post them online…don’t ask me why…it’s the egotistical Leo in me.
The following is the result of me being bored, needing something new for my radio show The Bug Hour and not wanting to do anything else around the house – enjoy!
So in a moment of insanity and after much hullabaloo by the store manager who loves me I agreed to take on a second job at Pappa John’s! I know, I know, I literally don’t have time to wipe my ass anymore so I shouldn’t really be flouncing into another paycheck but I figure what the heck?
The Hotness’s daughter works there and they love her, and they love me so it’s gonna be good. Management has agreed to work with my hectic schedule and even though I’m making only half of what my “real job” pays it’ll be nice to have a few extra dollars every couple weeks.
Mind you, I’ve had to totally re-think my schedule and it’s actually a good thing because now I can shift around projects and family to make all of this a little easier on me. Now, I have yet to fit school into this little clusterfuck I call a life so we’ll see how that turns out, but I think I can swing all of this shit…
