Returning from the Abyss

It’s been a long time folks, I can’t believe the last time I even had anything to say was in May and I didn’t say much! My life has changed so much in the past year – 2009 was heaven and hell for me and I can’t possibly fit everything in that happened onto one post or even a thousand posts.

But I digress.

It’s time for a fresh start, a new life and a return to the world of daily writing to the internets that I loved for so long. A hiatus from the online world wasn’t my first choice but it was something that had to happen I think. For a long time I pounded away on these keys on a daily basis, creating content and making connections with people from every walk of life. It did become overwhelming sometimes and soon I realized it was creeping into my every waking moment. I was no longer living my life except through a computer screen.

So I took a year off, and did some living. Most of it wasn’t pretty…in fact some of it was downright terrible but I did it and lived through it and now feel that I’m rebalanced and ready to come back to a true passion of mine- this place. I’ve changed, you’ve all changed, the world has changed but I’m sure that in spite of all the changing that’s gone on I’m ready to come back and bullshit with the internets once more.

Time to get this place back in ship shape. To those who are faithful and are reading this now I thank you for diggin my words so much that you’re still around, to the new readers I say get ready, and to everyone I just wanna say AIS is back and open for business so hang on tight and lets enjoy the ride :)
