For Christmas a few years ago I was gifted an Beginners Yoga tape. I was super excited about it and then completely forgot about it the next day (thank you A.D.D.).
In a moment of sheer genius I decided to drag it out and give it a shot today.
It’s currently playing in the bedroom and I’m here sitting at the computer — if that’s not an indication of how it’s going then I don’t know what else to say *chuckle*
That shit is hard…and slightly painful
Worst part is that the instructor on the tape is like 80 and can still tuck his leg behind his damn ear.
Apparently I’m not cut out for the “Potted Plant” and “Dying Dog” or what the fuck ever poses.
Anyone wanna join me for ice cream?

Dude, stretching is like one of the most intense workouts you could ever get. I’m currently a red belt in Tae Kwon Do, and our Tuesday nights are majoritively stretching. Depending on how much I did the day before, It can be down-right painful. Alas, I am still striving to achieve the splits.
