As a jobless bum I’ve had plenty of free time lately to work on cleaning up my computer…today is the day for bookmarks.
I have over 2,000…collected over a period of 6 years…
I’m barely making a dent in sorting these bastards.
Someone save me.

For Christmas a few years ago I was gifted an Beginners Yoga tape. I was super excited about it and then completely forgot about it the next day (thank you A.D.D.).
In a moment of sheer genius I decided to drag it out and give it a shot today.
It’s currently playing in the bedroom and I’m here sitting at the computer — if that’s not an indication of how it’s going then I don’t know what else to say *chuckle*
That shit is hard…and slightly painful
Worst part is that the instructor on the tape is like 80 and can still tuck his leg behind his damn ear.
Apparently I’m not cut out for the “Potted Plant” and “Dying Dog” or what the fuck ever poses.
Anyone wanna join me for ice cream?
A question that Meg Ryan absentmindedly asked in the classic internet romance movie You’ve Got Mail reveals my favorite flower of all time — the daisy.
“Don’t you think daisies are the friendliest flower?”
I found that I had to agree with her. When I think of it I’ve never been much of a rose girl (they’re so serious) and all the other flowers are nice but just really don’t do it for me. There’s something about the daisy makes me want to grin. They’ve got an almost wobbly nature to them when you take them out of the jar and they look so darn happy. I’ve found I can relate to the whole wobbly-happy thing…which is probably why I like them so much
I found out yesterday my favorite flower is teaming up with my favorite online flowers delivery service and is really going all out by joining in the fight against breast cancer!
ProFlowers will donate 10% of the purchase price of our Pink Ribbon Gerbera Daisies bouquet to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Each bouquet is delivered with helpful information from the Komen Foundation about breast health.

Yaknow what really bugs me (seriously). Is when the day is going a-ok and I’m actually in a pretty good mood then someone comes along spewing negativity out of every fiber of their being…
Totally fucks up the vibe.
As some of you know my mother — Momma Bug — has been living with us for the last few months while she shopped for a house. Well she finally found one and was in the process of closing on it but yesterday brought everything to a screeching halt.
I guess people tend to make mistakes…
Somehow in the part asking if she was a legal resident of the good ol’ USA the “NO” box got marked. Of course the lender had a slight problem with turning such a large sum of money over to some one at such a small rate *chuckle*
So my mother is, until further revision of the paperwork, an Alien. She’s not enjoying all the INS jokes being made — I guess they make her nervous
