It’s ugly this year folks. Really ugly.

Why do I still feel compelled to help total assholes out knowing I’ll get prolly screwed in the end?
-Our Home Owners ASS-ociation:
Those rat bastards get tons of money out of me every month, have an operating budget of well over half a million dollars and I have to PAY for a fucking key card for the pool? That shit should be included in all these other goddamn fees I’m paying. I can’t wait till we move the fuck outta here otherwise I’d be staging a full scale mutiny complete with a pirate ship and cannon.

Ok I ran my ass off at full speed for a few too many weeks now…when will this shit start to balance out?

Goat? No goat. I will never ever ever belong to a homeowners association. their nothing more than a bunch of assholes who tell you what you can and cant do with your own home.

Well, as the national president of the Canadian Homeowners Association, I am shocked and dismayed to find the good name of homeowners associations sullied in this manner. In a fit of pique, I’m instructing all Canadian homes under our jurisdiction to charge you double for pool key cards up here!

I rented a condo once where the landlord refused to pay for pool keys. The association said I couldn’t pay instead, it had to come from him, so I couldn’t use the pool and it was one of the main reasons I moved there. Jerks. Hate HOAs and will never live anywhere again that has one.
