Eureka! I’ll Organize my Bookmarks!

In my last ditch attempt to avoid work today I had that cute little thought which is now serving as the title of this post. I realize now that thought was better off un-thunk. I found out today that I horde links. I’m like the crazy cat lady…but in place of cats I have thousands of links that are taking up space and not really serving any purpose. I’m the crazy link lady :(

My bookmark list (or favorites list for you IE users) is outrageously bloated, overloaded, jam-packed and in some cases outdated. So my cute little project suddenly turned into a house full of cats and I spent 4 hours today deleting links I don’t even remember why I saved in the first place. The worst part of it all?

I’m nowhere near finished.

But, at least there is a bright side to all this crap. I’m finding some pretty fun stuff to play with in between link-purging sessions.

Like “Me as an M&M“:

M&M Bug

Or “Me as a South Park Character“:

South Park Bug

Yeah, I’m a dork. But if you happen to do either one for yourself and post it on your blog lemme know so I can go take a peek ;)

Yeah, I sorted through my bookmarks a month or so ago - the situation had gotten atrocious. Then I decided to switch them all over to de.lici.ous since I use that mostly now, but I promptly forgot to actually do it.

The M&M is way too much fun, I put mine up on my blog ;)!
