Racin’ for HOPE

Sunday, July 30th, 2006

Some of you know that I run a web development company. One of my clients that I’m very proud to sponsor is the Heather Ridley-Fleeman Race for HOPE. These folks are doing amazing things for colon cancer research and patient assistance! Go take a look at the site, read Heather’s story and check out their colon cancer resources!

P.S. Turn your speakers on and hover over the buttons under my cam…the noise is kinda cool *chuckle*

P.P.S. One more hour guys let’s git ‘er dun!!!!

Play Time!

Sunday, July 30th, 2006

So there’s like an hour and a half of this sucker left…if your bored I have something to keep your mind off the clock:

Ya know those ads you see on websites all over the place? The ones that say shit like “Punch *insert political figure here* and win an iPod!” or “Poke nine babies in the eye and get a $50 gas card”. Fun to play but not smart because they download shit on your puter and sign you up for tons of crap you don’t want or need.

Still wanna get your game fix? Visit the Sucker Punch Saloon!

“At the Sucker Punch Saloon you can safely explore the bizarre world of these simplistic micro-games and draw your own conclusions.”

Have fun y’all….I’ma make muhself some food!

In Loving Memory #6

We cannot direct the wind but we can adjust the sails. ~Author Unknown

I’d like to take a moment every few hours and remember the many people who have passed on due to cancer. I do this with the utmost respect and I ask that all of you readers send out a good vibe, prayer, or whatever it is that you do for the families and friends who lost their loved one that will be listed.
Peace y’all and remember– it’s ok to cry.

Kathy - Cervical Cancer died in 2005
“You have left your pain and moved beyond, but will never be forgotten. You live in the hearts of all of us who loved you.”

Dana, My Mom - Breast Cancer
“Mom, you are my hero, battling breast cancer and coming out the other side. Your grace and bravery amaze me.”

Kevin, my husband - Prostate Cancer
“I am just so thankful to God for sparing you so much, as far as chemo and radiation. I love you.”
