Still no keys. Underwriter is a moron. Not feelin’ too good about this deal.

    Actually, really odd but true story here…..

    When we refinanced our old house before the Cancun trip, we were supposed to get our money before the trip. The underwriter screwed up our paperwork FOUR FREAKIN’ TIMES! Causing us to not get our money until AFTER the trip. I bitched and moaned and wished toads in this dudes bed for his idioticy……the dude died a week later of a freak heart attack……*insert eerie twilight zone music here* True story.

    I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!!!
