So Close…
Yet so far. We got to the 1pm appointment to give them a check for the house– low and fucking behold they sold the house over the weekend and didn’t bother to call us and let us know. Now it’s back to the beginning with this *#$&@#(*$& house shopping. I mean c’mon, I can barely pick a type of spaghetti sauce at the grocery store my A.D.D. just kicks right in. Trying to pick a house has just been frustrating as hell.
I’ve lost intrest in the whole process really…all I want is something with four walls and a roof that won’t cost a million dollars a month to live in. Stuipd house. Stupid house shopping. Stupid asshole people who jacked up housing prices in Arizona. Blech.
It’s Miller Tequilla Time.

I’m sorry to hear that Bug. It IS stressful house shopping, no ways around it!
You need to adopt the attitude that there’s a reason why. (I realize how cliche that sounds, but it helped when I was in the process.)
Your house, the perfect house is out there. Ya just haven’t found it yet. Hang in there, before you know it, you’ll find it!:-)

Oh lord, I so feel for you! It took us almost a year to find this house AND to get our old house sold, and I’m telling you , I lost interesting in the whole house hunting thing probably on our third trip out. Good luck! One thing I learned while house hunting is that when in the middle of buying or selling, people completely loose all scruples!!!!
