Guess What?

I got smacked! Tonight I checked my comments on the previous post and had a small heart attack when I read that someone had come over here via IT2M. The only thought running through my head was “Oh holy fucking shit they reviewed me and it sucked. I’d better go get my bucket of smelly fish and the boot and go stick my head in the oven.” Yeah, I expect the worst at all times…it’s the Jew in me ;)

Much to my surprise I actually got 2 smacks. Which is –I must say– a damn sight better than fish or a boot so I’m pleased as punch right now! Trust me 2 out of 5 ain’t bad considering some of the things I’ve seen happen to folks over there. They are a brutal bunch.

Bitter Bitch was kind enough to do the review and the general consensus of everyone was they don’t like all the white and its plain. Which that’s no surprise…I don’t like the all the white too and I swear once my muse shows up again I’ll do something pretty.

Thank you to Bitter Bitch for the review and to all the folks over there that commented with their thoughts. I’m taking your suggestions to heart and will liven this place up :)

    Congrats on the smacks. One of my favorite things about that site….besides the “smartassery” is finding new blogs to check out and read.

    I’m with Mike. It’s a nice way to find some quality writing. I think it’s great to take a chance and with good humor, like you have, read the reviews of others and yourself.

    Sometimes people truly find a way to improve their blogs and it’s great. If they don’t that is fine too. It’s good fun.

    Two smacks is damn good over there! Way to go!

    I submitted my site in a moment of insanity. I’m scared to see what they’ll say about mine. Maybe they won’t have time to get to it! ;)
