Nice Big Cup o’ Monday Anyone?
President Bush is on live with the President of Panama right now. Talking supposedly about free trade. As I made my coffee I couldn’t help but chuckle, because no matter how much any one person likes Bush you have to agree that the man’s speaking abilities are somewhat random. In the short time I was watching (which is about 3 minutes) I think he managed to kiss the President of Panama’s ass about 50 times, give a little speech about democracy, toss in a blurb about the tornados, talk about Iraq, condemn drugs, and make it very clear that he’s happy to be in Panama because he hears that they have super-great baseball players. At 7am on a Monday I’m in no shape to try and keep up with Mr. President.
So I came out to the office where it’s quiet. This weekend wasn’t a blazing success like I thought it would be. In fact I got only one thing accomplished, and it wasn’t even on the schedule. But it’s done and I can now play catch up. This afternoon I go in to have the crown put on my stupid tooth and give the nice lady at the dentists office more of my money *sigh*
