So I’m up in Payson…I know I haven’t posted lately however mom is keeping me hoppin.
I’m in the process of finding a good cleaning lady for her so that she’ll at least have a clean house, she’s feeling a lot better…still no definitive answers on why she’s been bummed but I reckon she’s just lonely. :(

It’s grey and cold here…I miss the desert, tall trees and snowy mountains are not my cup o’ tea. LMAO! So I can’t wait to go home and get back to my work…Which has been badly neglected since I left. Payson is a nice place, the people are very quaint and polite, and they know how to drive…that’s the best thing about this place…it ain’t too big for it’s britches yet…lol!

I call the house everynight…they miss me and want me home ASAP so I think I’ll be here till Saturday…get loose ends tied up the works.

I got an email from my Aunt in Maine today, my Mim (slang French for grandmother) will be turning 82 on the 17th of this month! This woman is unbelievable…she is a history/genealogy buff and is so active that she wears her kids out! I hope to have that sort of energy when I get to that age…if I even get there! LMAO! Anyway, I’d better shuddup…on a borrowed computer and don’t want to wear out my welcome…ya’ll have a wonderful end o’ the week and I’ll see ya on Sunday! :)

Please Pray

This morning after I finished writing the post below I walked into the kitchen to get it tidied up before I headed to the laundry mat.

Sebastien came running out of his room screaming and crying….
He got a call this morning from a friend letting him know that a group of his friends had been in a roll-over and left one of them dead.

They were coming down a road from the mountian at 80mph…the other people in the car kept asking David (the driver) to slow down. He didn’t. The tire snapped off and the car rolled 5 times.

David was not wearing a seatbelt so on the first roll he was partially hanging out the drivers side window, the car landed on him on the second roll. Then on the third roll he was fully ejected from the car.

Once the car stopped rolling, Scott (the boy who was in the wreck with Sebasiten in ‘03) got out and found David in a nearby field laying in a pool of blood, Scott held his hand and lifted his head out of the pool of blood. David coughed twice and then was gone.

A young life, dissapeared in a matter of seconds. Seconds.

Sebastien told me he was getting ready to leave the house where they were all hanging out. He said:

“I had just saw him [David]. I just talked to him. I shook his hand and said goodbye before he got into the car with everyone.”

Little did he know that the handshake he gave to David was his final goodbye.

I ask that if you are reading this, if you are young or old, please please please listen to me. Drive safely, wear your seatbelt, love your life enough to take care when driving. And please love each other, always give your friends a goodbye worthy of being their last. Pray for Davids spirit, pray for the other kids in that car, pray for Scott who was the last person on this earth to be in the company of David, pray for all the people out there driving, pray for saftey.

David, may you find peace where you are, may the afterlife be kind to you and the sunlight shine down on you always and forever. Rest in peace.

Ramblin’ and Ramblin’ S’more

My eyes aren’t open…much…but I’ma write anyway…I don’t want to deal with my freakin’ inbox right now…This blog is a wonderful work avoidance tool…*giggle*

If you’ll notice it’s Saturday and I’m still here…we didn’t get to go to Phx. Josh is on call this weekend *rolls eyes*. So that went out the kitchen window. But I’m still leaving for Payson on monday…so today I have to get my laundry done (at the mat because it’s raining AGAIN).

I looked at my jeans situation yesterday…out of 9 pairs of Wranglers I only have one pair that doesn’t have rips/holes/wear-spots…I need new jeans. Someone wanna get me some? Men’s Cowboy Cut Slim Fit 28/36 :o) LOL! You can email me for my address ;o)

Dad was working in the shop two days ago and heard that “Some Beach” song on the radio…now he won’t shut up about it. That’s all I hear when I see him…”Some beach, somewhere…” Now this is only funny because he’s a big scary lookin’ dude so having him walking around singing all the time makes me smile and shake my head…Sebastien thinks he’s going crazy…which he may be…

My poor truck has the hiccups, she’s got a bad plug, I know she does…so after I get back it’s time to get down and dirty again. Oh! Nicole is getting her blog done up real perdy by the girls over at *Ewebscapes*! I’ve seen the proofs they’ve sent her and she’s gonna be lookin’ fine-like-strawberry-wine here soon! :o)

Oh I got the vday layout up over at *TLC* I’m not finished yet, got a few pages that need editing but it’s there and lookin’ very cute so go take a peek-a-roo! Ok I gotta get in the shower…

Not so Shaggy

I’m all perdiful now…lmao…went and got a hair cut today! I have finally found my new stylist ^_^ her name is Ronda and she’s just so damn good it’s not even funny…I told her what I wanted and she did it! Nice and simple!

Now, since we moved to S.V. I’ve gone through about 15 stylists in two years who apparently don’t understand english or need their licences revoked because oh. holy. shit. My hairstyle isn’t complicated by any strech, however if you fuck up it’s very apparent (I’m platinum blonde). So each trip to a new stylist is like being on a roller coaster….climb up hit the peak…then they start cutting and it’s all downhill from there. It doesn’t help that the beauty college here sucks ass and churns out 200 “stylists” (term used very loosely) a year. So our town is overrun with piss poor beauticians…sigh…so I’m now taken care of which is nice…no more worries…

Anyway, on to other things…*MzRo* is moving in to her spiffy new site! She’s so excited and that makes me excited..lol! I’ve still not gotten the Payson site done yet so ya’ll are just gonna have to wait. I have however been working on my valentines layout for my site…mabey I’ll try to get it all done today and put it up tonight or tomorrow…it’s really cute and I’m perdy damn proud of myself…*snort* And got the oil changed in the Firechicken…she’s happy now! ^_^

Oh and god bless Valium! This past week I’ve been getting zero sleep because Josh hogs our allready small bed and I’m a light sleeper so if he moves I wake up. Which blows…so last night I popped one of those suckers and slept in til 9AM!!!! It was lovely! So yeah…some drugs are good. LMAO!

Which leads me to my question for you….
Do you use sleep aids? If so how often?

On And Off Eh?

The River sucks ass. I haven’t had a good connection in like 3 days and today I just totally lost it. I got booted every 2 minutes. Not to mention last week while I was in the middle of a *sale* and printing out invoices my connection quit and I got a busy signal for the next 12 hours. o_O So I call tech support…..

Apparently they were changing some routing around 1am this morning….and now nobodies connections work. Lovely eh? So I had to go in a delete my entire connection, reset all my DNS feeds…etc etc…20 minutes later I think I may be ok…we’ll see. *shakes head* And the thing last week was someone forgot to do something with the phone lines…so all of S.V. was down for 16 hours. Grrrr.

This week is gonna be crazy, I’ve got to get all my loose ends tied up because Friday Josh and I are leaving for Phoenix…Tat’s gram and whatnots…then on Sunday Josh is coming home and I’m heading up to Payson to help mom with getting her house back in order…

I don’t have the time or money really for either of these trips but I gotta do what I gotta do. Today is being spent printing out 4 months worth of transactions and moving all my emails from my old address over to my new one…that’s about 1,000 emails…it’s gonna be a sucky project.

Tinker is doing better…not scratching her head so much…and she loves her new antibiotics..thank god. Miller needs a bigger run…that dog is insanely huge now and I can’t keep him cooped up like that….

I tried calling the lady about the dogs yesterday so I’d know when the fence guy should show up and she still hasn’t called back so I guess I’ll keep leaving annyoing messages ’til I get some anwsers. I’ve got to work on the PEA website today…I’ll realease the link once it’s starting to look more finished…don’t like people seeing my works in progress…I’d prefer ya’ll to think that I can design a beautiful site instantly..*giggle*

Ok I’d better get back to work now that I know I won’t be booted in the middle of writing an email *crosses fingers*
